Retreat Payment and Cancellation Policy
How do retreat payments on Reconnect Within work?
Payment for any retreat package booked through Reconnect Within LLC is either paid upfront in a single lump sum or divided into two installments. The first payment, or a portion of the lump sum reflected in your invoice ($888 USD), is a non-refundable deposit. This deposit paid in the initial booking reflects your commitment to the retreat and is non-refundable. It is non-refundable to cover costs for services consumed when you register, administration and service fees, 4 call back sessions (2 before and 2 after your retreat), and flight and travel preparation materials that we provide. This payment cover the costs and services of Reconnect Within. The remaining balance is paid to the retreat you have selected.
When paying in installments, your balance will be fully billed at the latest 12 weeks prior to your retreat and both secures and confirms your participation at the venue.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking at any time prior to the date of your retreat. All cancellations must be sent to us by email at email@example.com, and the cancellation date shall be determined by the date the notification is received.
If you cancel within 12 weeks of your retreat and you have paid in a lump sum, you will be refunded your payment minus the non-refundable deposit. If you have elected to pay in installments, cancellation of your booking will end any further payments, but all payments made are final. If you fail to cancel within 12 weeks of your retreat, you will be billed for the remainder of the retreat balance using your payment details on file. These conditions apply to any late registrants registering within 12 weeks of the retreat.
If your cancellation occurs within 8 weeks of your retreat, we will allow the transfer of your payment, minus the deposit, toward payment of a future retreat.
Reconnect Within LLC will not provide refunds under any circumstances outside the cancellation policy described above. This includes, but is not limited to, missed flights, failing to arrange COVID-19 tests in transit between countries, positive COVID-19 results in transit, or any other situations material or circumstantial that prevent your attendance.
The sole exception to this policy is in the event of nation-wide or global occurrences (i.e. natural disasters, global pandemics, etc.) that render travel to your destination impossible. In such cases of force majeure, Reconnect Within will credit your non-refundable deposit toward the purchase of a later event.
